What buyers worry about before sending a deposit
- “We cannot inspect panels and hardware from another country.” Renders and reviews prove little about the carton that lands on site.
- “Our quantity is too small to fill a container on its own.” A project needs a villa’s worth of wardrobes, not a factory’s worth.
- “One mislabelled carton stalls the installers.” Wardrobes touch every bedroom, and site time is the expensive time.
All three worries are reasonable. The process below exists to answer them.
How we remove the risk — the evidence chain
- Shop drawings approved first. Sizes, materials, finishes, hardware and door direction are confirmed against your drawings and physical samples before production starts.
- Production photos and videos. You follow carcasses, doors and drawer systems as they are made, without flying to Foshan.
- Pre-shipment inspection. Units are checked against the approved drawings before packing, so problems are corrected in Foshan rather than discovered on site.
- Packing list by room and unit. Every carton is labelled by room, wall, cabinet number and installation sequence — made for staged villa, apartment and hotel fit-outs.
- Container loading photos. You see how the wardrobes and companion categories were loaded and braced, and receive photos of the sealed container.
Certificates are shared on request per category, so you can see exactly which documentation applies to wardrobes before you commit.

Wardrobe price guidance
Wardrobes are quoted per m² of frontage (door width × height), supply only. The column below ranks each door system by relative cost; your quotation follows your drawings, sizes and hardware list.

Five factors move the price:
- Door material and finish system.
- Hardware — standard soft-close, or Blum / Hettich upgrades.
- Internal fittings — drawers, mirrors, trouser rails, LED strip lighting.
- Order volume and container mix — more categories in one container lowers freight per unit.
- Non-standard dimensions — full-height doors, sloped ceilings, angled walls.
Quotations exclude freight, duties and on-site installation, which is not included unless separately agreed.

FAQ
What is the minimum order for wardrobes?
A mixed container changes the maths. Wardrobes can ship together with kitchen cabinets, doors, flooring, bathrooms, lighting or furniture, so your volume only has to fit within the load — one bedroom or a whole villa both work.
How does the design fee credit work?
Share your floor plan and our design team prepares layouts, 3D references and material selections. When the order reaches 20x the design fee, the fee is credited back in full toward the order.
How do we verify quality before the container ships?
You approve shop drawings before production; then you receive production photos and videos, a pre-shipment inspection record, a packing list numbered by room and unit, and container loading photos. Factory and showroom visits in Foshan can be arranged by appointment.
What is not included?
On-site installation is not included unless separately agreed. Colours and finishes are confirmed against physical samples — screens and photos show colour differently, so images are not the final acceptance basis.
