What usually goes wrong on a doors and windows order
The sizes do not match the openings
Most site problems start before production. We prepare a shop drawing and opening schedule from your drawings or site measurements, and you approve it in writing before we cut anything.
You cannot inspect the goods in person
You buy in Foshan and install on another continent. We send photos and video during production and at pre-shipment — frames, glazing, hardware, finish, and packing.
A full container is more than one product
You do not have to fill a 40ft box with doors alone. Mixed-container loading lets a smaller door and window quantity ship with your kitchens, wardrobes, tiles, or sanitary ware.
How we control quality

- Drawing confirmation. Opening schedule, frame and leaf dimensions, glass build-up, and hardware schedule approved by you first.
- Production records. Photos and video of frame fabrication, glazing, finishing, and hardware testing while the order runs.
- Pre-shipment inspection. Quantity, dimensions, hardware operation, glass condition, and carton labels checked before loading.
- Packing list by room or unit. Every door set and window unit is numbered to its room, apartment, or unit for phased installation.
- Loading photos and documents. Container loading photographed, export documents issued, after-sales handled by the same coordinator.

We do not publish a fixed price list. Doors and windows are quoted from your opening schedule, because aluminium and glass prices move with the market and the same opening lands in two price tiers depending on the system behind it.

- Glass build-up — single, double, triple, laminated, Low-E, argon, tinted.
- Hardware — domestic or imported brands, locks, hinges, handles, seals.
- Finish — powder coating, anodising, wood grain, custom colours.
- Order structure — quantity, size mix, and how the container is loaded.
A word about project records
We publish factory records for real orders rather than staged showroom shots. One documented example is a walnut veneer door order (order 25128) produced for a UK buyer — door cores, veneer panels and aluminium frames photographed at each production stage, then packed and loaded alongside other project materials.
Names, unit counts and drawings stay confidential unless the client allows publication. Ask your coordinator for the record package on a specific order type.
FAQ
What is your MOQ for doors and windows?
Mixed-container loading means there is no heavy minimum on single items. A smaller door and window quantity can ship in the same 20ft or 40ft container as your kitchen, wardrobes, tiles or sanitary ware, so a first order can travel with a live project.
Which certificates can you provide?
Certificates are shared on request per category. Depending on the product and the profile you choose, we can provide CE documentation, ISO9001 factory paperwork, and options such as SASO for Gulf markets. We do not claim one blanket certificate across all products.
Can you meet our thermal and wind-load requirements?
Send your consultant’s performance schedule with the drawings. We confirm profile, thermal break, glazing, and hardware against the U-value and wind pressure targets before production starts.
Do you install on site?
No — on-site installation is not included unless separately agreed. Your team or a local fitter carries out the installation; we support it with numbered packing, packing lists, and remote guidance from the coordinator.
